Experience the best of inner-city living in this stylish 2-bed apartment in vibrant Surry Hills. With a spacious open-plan design, and fully equipped kitchen, it offers comfort and convenience. Relax in well-appointed bedrooms with blackout blinds and enjoy easy access to cafés, shops, and public transport. Close to the Surry Hills Light Rail, connecting to Randwick and UNSW, this retreat ensures a seamless stay with self-check-in and a prime location.

Note: There are some external works happening on the building from Early March 2025 - October 2025 (Possibly extended if required). Scaffolding will obscure the external view. There may be some construction noise that may be heard between Mon – Fri 7.30am-3.30pm only throughout this period.

Wohnung eher abgelegen. Viertel etwas dreckig. Nöhe zur Bushaltestelle gut. Achtung keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilatoren. Im Raum der Waschmaschine läuft den ganzen Tag ein Lüfter, der nicht bgestellt werden kann. Verkabelung im Wohnzimmer läuft quer durch das Zimmer. Größeres Schlafzimmer ist OK, sas 2\. Zimmer ist sehr klein. Küche gut. Badezimmer ist sehr alt und ungepflegt. Dusche ist nicht dicht. Alle Fugen sind schmutzig. Viel zu klein für 4 Personen. Für 150 AUD pro Tag in Ordnung. Wir haben aber 5200 AUD für 8 Tage bezahlt und dafür ist diese Wohnung viel zu teuer!
