These closures are managed by the building and are unfortunately beyond our control. We kindly advise that no refunds or compensation will be provided in these instances. Please note: The rooftop is currently undergoing restoration and will remain closed until September. ★CLEANING FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 6 WEEKS★ For our long-term students/guests, the apartment requires cleaning every 2 or 3 weeks. This service is not included in the cost of your stay and should be paid directly to the agent. The cleaning which includes a change of linen, is $120 AUD per cleaning. ★STANDARD BED CONFIGURATION ★ 1 king Bed🛏️ \-CONFIGURATION WITH 2 SINGLE BEDS🛌🛏️ Available only on request and must be reserved at time of booking. 💲$100 extra applies to organize this configuration and must be required at the time of booking. If the request is made after our cleaner has already attended the property, a return visit to reset the beds will incur a $70 extra. ★PROPERTY CARE★ Please take care of the apartment and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived.
