Unfortunately the guest experience was let down by the house itself. The driveway is perilous, being too narrow and situated right on a busy corner intersection. Not a single flyscreen meant that we shared our week with hundreds of blowflies. The was nowhere to hang our bathtowels, meaning we had to use the clothesdryer every day, something I would never do at home. Old uncomfortable lounge furniture that needs to be replaced. Dining table so big that half of it couldn't be used in the small space available. The back deck leaked like a sieve so unusable when it rained, and it rained a lot. The owners need to spend one week here to personally experience the shortcomings and neglect, and realise that love needs to be lavished on what should be a beautiful Blue Mountains home. ##### Fiona H. On informing the managers was told sorry, go and get yourself a coffee in town! Thankfully the cleaners arrived (and did a good job) and a bottle of bubbly was greatly received. The house suited our family needs, each having their own space and everyone quickly slipped into relax mode looking at the stunning valley behind. There are no shops within walking distance, cafe/restaurant at Fairmont just metres away. The driveway a bit tricky to reverse up, but manageable. ##### Dianne W.
