New internal laundry Miele appliances throughout . Beach is 1mins across the road. Apartments has aircon; and a parking spot in a shared garage for a small car .please note there is no lift . unit is on the third floor . It’s has been fully renovated and ready for summer. The apartment is immaculate and the view overlooking Balmoral is breathtaking. Rita is a wonderful host who was always readily available to answer any and all queries. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the views from the living room and balcony are truly incredible.
