The modern furnished apartment comes with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with wide open plan living. Large courtyard with a few table seats which is the best entertainment area for you and your friends and family! Only a few minute's Walking Distance To Darling Harbour, ICC, Fish Market, Sydney CBD, Casino, Wildlife, Aquarium, Sydney tower etc. Easy go everywhere - few minutes walking distance - light rail. The Space: Current Bedding Configuration: 1 x Queen bed in bedroom +1 x Double bed in bedroom 2 Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & hair dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge& Dishwasher Hair Dryer, Iron and Washing machine provided. WIFI within apartment and a Digital flat screen TV. Guest Access: Please treat the place as your home during the stay. You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes to wear. No parking for this premises, paid street parking is available outside. Party and event are not allowed, please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm. Please take care of your dirty dishes, and clean the oven after use, extra cleaning charges $50 if the oven is found uncleaned after use. Please ensure all the lights, heater, fan, and AC are switched off. Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm, or 24 hrs in an emergency. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date. LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. If you get locked out of the property, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
