#### Beautiful place for spring or autumn

Really well located in Rose Bay, close to public transport, shops etc. but still quiet. Unfortunately, we were there end of February beginning of March and the place was way too hot, also no window nets so full of mosquitos. It was advertised with ceiling fans but there is only one in the bedroom. There were 2 Dyson tower fans that were loud and not very efficient. In the bathroom sun blast so hard as there is no blinds that your back is fried as you sit on the toilet. The air stands in the apartment, it's unbearable without air conditioning - no wonder the owners flee the place in the summer.

#### Great property and loved the location! Just two things I would change.

We loved the property and location in Rose Bay was perfect. Check-in process was easy, and you are just a few houses away from the beach. The location is very safe, walking distance to many nearby restaurants and grocery store which was very helpful. You also get a dedicated parking spot which is a big deal in Australia.The home was furnished beautifully and the patio has an amazing view. Kitchen has everything you need if you ever want to cook, and has a great size fridge as well. Only two things I would change, First the A/C. There is no central A/C unit, but they did provide two Dyson fans and it was not enough for the home. It always felt hot inside. Arriving into the house it was very warm, and the first thing we did was open the windows. At night we would sleep with the fan in the room for more comfort. Second, the shower. Pretty design of a walk in shower but it has no glass or barrier to catch the running water. We noticed that most of the bathroom was wet after every shower and it just felt too small and tight.Overall the place felt homey and those two things I mentioned above aren’t deal breakers for us, but wanted to mention in case of some minor improvements.Thank you!
