"Despite booking several Months in advance we were given a room that ‘had not yet been renovated’! Room was tired with chipped paintwork, tired kitchen and bathroom and had not been cleaned very well with an old water bottle under the sofa and various dust and other bits under it the bed…..and stains ..."
