We were trying to be understanding because the building is under construction, it was a breakfast order so I figured it was a busy check-out day. We ended up getting our order after many apologies, but it took an hour out of our day so everything else we had planned had to be compromised. Not a big deal, but kind of disappointing. For the money, we’ll try somewhere else. There are cookies or small pastries most days with hot water for tea or hot chocolate. The front desk is staffed 24/7, so any issues can be resolved. There is a small discount at the Social Bar located next door if you present your room key. Cons: The sink handles were loose, there was a stain on the blanket, and little to no soundproofing in the room. I recommend you bring earplugs or headphones because slamming doors and cars outside can be heard all hours of the night. Given the price, I'd say you get what you pay for. I enjoyed my stay.
