"The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Blocks away from Chinatown and the subway. The hotel was artistic and interesting, from zebra striped couches to pink telephones. The staff was exceptional, from a warm welcome to assisting us with our travel plans. The rooms were clean, newly renovated and the bed very comfortable. There are no dressers or drawers for clothing. There was a rack to hang clothes but it didn't accommodate long coats or dresses. There was very good coffee in the reception area in the mornings. The only downside was that the street noise was quite loud during the night and there are no elevators. Staff where available to help with carrying luggage up the stairs. When you arrive, there are 2 short sets of stairs you need to climb to get to reception. If you have mobility issues, this could be something to consider. I would definitely here again."

"The moment I walked in staff informed me that they never offered valet services, and two minutes later a valet showed up. Our room smelled like mold and the bathroom had a strong urine odor. Ohhh not to mention the clogged tub! We had a terrible experience at the Hyatt Hotel."

"This is our go-to hotel when we come to town. Rooms are a good size and pillows an beds are comfortable. Staff is so kind and accommodating Collette at check in was great and gave us a bottle of Prosecco after telling her we were celebrating my friend's 65th BD. Loved have daily breakfast and coffee service in the morning and an evening cocktail listening to jazz in the eve. Lots to do at The Roxy, we love it"
