Excellent customer service. We always stay at Royal Leonardo because it’s convenient and it has great facilities. The restaurant is very good and breakfast is delicious. The person in charge of our check in in room 345 on Friday April 19th was kind, polite and helpful with my kind request. Also, Jean Carlos at breakfast buffet is always very nice. I miss Kasey as he was extremely kind and polite and I must highlight his brilliant customer service. I know he is now based in Birmingham and I hope to greet him there too. The person in charge at the breakfast desk (a young Asian gentleman is very proactive and he was helping my husband to find me in the restaurant). Also, I love the upgrade room system, parking facility and self check in. The best surprise was some years ago when I got a present containing an Oxford beautiful cup, a key ring and a beautiful note as a welcoming back and an apology for an incident caused by another guest who was smoking and disturbed our corridor. What a lovely gesture! Overall, I had a nice weekend thanks to Royal Leonardo! As a regular customer, I would like to get directly with the hotel, the same prices as Expedia offers. The rooms are not soundproof and neighbors can make enough noise to bother your sleep. The TV in the room keep randomly turning on. There are flies in the room when we first go in. The cleaning staff will clean the room even if you requested do not disturb.

This hotel was great for a visit to Oxford. Great location on the edge of the city, so very easy to find when coming from the motorway. The bus stop was 2 minutes walk from the hotel and it’s an easy way to see the city centre.

The staff, cleanliness ofv this property were great, maybe too clean. The smell of cleaning products permeates the whole hospital. My niece has asthma and had to take allergy medication. The hotel restaurant cooks up some good meals too

Good location, nice hotel, has everything you may need. We unfortunately had which can only be considered a cleaning staff issue? When we pulled back blanket there was a small stain of blood. The cleaning supervisor seemed to want to blame us for the stain. Management stepped up to compensate us for this unfortunate circumstance, but please don't take this one off as a problem with the hotel. We had a great 2 night stay.

Rooms, staff and overall appearance was immaculate. Pool was a little smaller than thought it would be but great for families with small children. Gym equipped with new modern gear and used twice while there. Parking was ample and much cheaper than other advertised hotels. A little further out then I thought to the city centre but with the help of the hotel staff found the bus stop with no bother. Buses into and from town every 10/15 mins so this would not put me off staying here again.

Excellent hotel. Very helpful/friendly staff. The parking was great and a bus that stops just outside was extremely convenient to head into Oxford city centre. Will definitely be returning.

All the staff were friendly & welcoming. The free upgrade to a bigger room was brilliant. Great choice of breakfast too. Thank you for making our short stay so relaxing . It was an easy bus ride into Oxford from outside the hotel

Big hotel on a big traffic interchange. Room perfectly nice. However....the shape and size of the swimming pool was ridiculous. Like a tiny kidney bean. For this size of hotel it was not funny. I took one look and went back to my room.

The hotel was nice with friendly staff. The main restaurant was closed unfortunately, but the bar restaurant the food was nice. The room was nice but had issues the flickering lights and the bathroom definitely needs an extraction fan and full glass door on the shower. The water splashes all over the floor and the condensation soaked everything and dripped off the wall. The pool facilities closed very early and earlier tha advertised. The Location was not central to much, but easy parking even though we had to pay for it, which seemed unwarranted.

Very comfortable and clean. Convenient for 15 mins bus ride from outside hotel for 2 days of meetings in Oxford. Very reasonably priced car parking compared to in Oxford.

The room looked clean from the first impression, but as we settled in we found the following 1-Dusty head board of beds. 2-Broken wheel on the double bed 3-Chewing gum stuck under table between beds 4-Bathroom door hinge has its pin out of place and stained door frame near upper hinge. 5-No still water replenished, only sparkling water. 6-Hot breakfast was mostly cold, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, potatoes. Despite these may be minor issues, they ought to be fixed to have a more enjoyable stay.
