In Poznan to see Sunderland play Lech Poznan. Fantastic experience start to finish. Wish we’d stopped for longer than two nights. Hotel perfect location in the old town. Cheap uber from airport. Food hall next door which is worth a visit. Old square less than five mins walk away.
Worth going down to sauna in hotel, brand new and don’t think anyone knew about it. Reception staff lovely. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

The hotel advertised the room as accommodating three people. However, upon arrival, we were informed that we had to pay an additional $25 per night for our son, plus an extra charge for his bed. These additional fees were not disclosed at the time of booking. In my opinion, this constitutes misleading or false advertising under U.S. consumer protection laws.
Some light fixtures didn’t work and were not fixed during our stay.
In addition there was a problem with the heater, that was promptly fixed by the management.
