They could offer more pillows and tea.
The instructions for access need to be far clearer. Once you are in it's ok but it's circuitous and not clear. Took 20 mins longer to just get through the front door than it should have.

Smooth check in, room with all the neccessities that we wanted and well organized bathroom with good spaces to put your cosmetics and enough hooks for towels.
