They came with a kitchenette which was amazing but then there were signs saying no outside food. Not sure why they would have a kitchen in the room if you can’t use it. The playground and pool were good and the access to the Dead Sea was really close. Check in at reception was super quick and straightforward. Our room was superbly furnished and comfortable, with nice view of the dead sea from the balcony. The pool was clean, and towels provided. Plenty of sun loungers to relax. The al-Mira restaurant in the hotel had delicious food and a wide selection of dishes to suit every taste. It was very reasonably priced, and the hotel also gave us 20% off coupons to use at the restaurant (note that there is an additional 7% tax and 5% service charge). The staff were unfriendly, and the apartment lacked basic amenities such as cutlery, bed sheets, and adequate toiletries. The check-in process was slow, requiring a wait of at least 20 minutes to receive the keys. Despite having paid the room rent three months in advance, I was repeatedly asked if I had paid for the booking. L'hotel è un cantiere, la spiaggia sul Mar Morto è fatiscente e sporchissima, la zona piscina tenuta in maniera pessima. Ci siamo dovuti far cambiare l'appartamento perché il letto dove avrebbero dovuto dormire i nostri figli era talmente corto da non starci nemmeno un bambino.
