We are from Michigan and wanted a break from the cold weather and a change in scenery. While we were visiting we disc golfed and golfed. The home was perfect for what we needed. We were a bit confused because the listing says whole house but you either get the top floor or bottom floor. It's two rentals in one. We had no issues though, the other renters were quiet and the neighborhood was peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay in Swannanoa. Convenient location to Ashville and surrounding towns. If you come in the winter months it is a very steep hill to climb! Comfortable beds and living area.
