'The Haven' is a serene and exclusive complex overlooking the sea, on the south-eastern tip of Swanage Bay, known for its natural beauty and stunning coastal views. Built in the late 1980s, 'Pebbles' is an immaculately presented holiday home which offers a relaxing place to stay with breath-taking views of Swanage Pier, Swanage Bay, and the world-renowned Old Harry Rocks.  
  
'Pebbles' provides spacious living accommodation spread over three floors, featuring two large en-suite bedrooms, both with sea views and tasteful decor. The naturally bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting room are located on the second floor with a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the views of the sea along with a glass of wine. The Haven is perfectly situated at the water's edge, providing direct access to the sea through a private gate. The property also offers unparalleled vistas of the surrounding natural beauty with sea views from every window. The views span over to the picturesque Swanage Bay and the dramatic limestone formations of Old Harry Rocks.  
  
The Haven development is designed to be a peaceful retreat, offering a quiet and serene environment for its residents. The complex is exclusive, ensuring privacy and a sense of seclusion whilst being conveniently located next to the southwest coastal path and The Downs. The Haven provides easy access to scenic walking trails and breath-taking viewpoints. Additionally, it is just a short stroll from the heart of Swanage town centre, where residents can explore local shops, cafes, and restaurants.

#### Great location! 

We really enjoyed our stay at The Pebbles. It was in a perfect spot for a short stay in Swanage. The house had enough space and everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the short walk to town along the sea path, we would have happily stayed longer.
