The apartment has a dedicated office, and a large balcony with a nice view over the city centre and a glimpse of the ocean. It is right next to the central business district and in walking distance from shopping, cafés, restaurants, jetty, mole, aquarium, art galleries, casino, beaches and more. A perfect match for the digital nomad, business person or distinguished traveller. The Space The apartment has a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, a balcony with barbecue facilities, a master bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, an office with desk, chair, and good Internet access via Wi\_Fi (\~ 40Mbps) which can also be used as a second bedroom (sofa bed), a full second bathroom and a large garage on the premises to safely park your car. Please note that the garage is not suitable for high cars, the maximum height of the car should be less than 2.15 metres.
