Breakfast in particular deserves special mention—not just for the variety of fresh and delicious offerings, but for the absolutely stellar service from Gabrielle. Despite the breakfast room being bustling with guests, Gabrielle remained a pillar of poise and professionalism. Professional staff. All the comforts of a real Hotel. Can only recommend.

Lovely city centre hotel. Room was cosy but comfortable with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Very central - easy access to public transport. Staff were very helpful - giving us ideas of places to visit including Killesberg park and the Jazz Open events. Excellent buffet breakfast too.

The hotel is very traditional There is no elevator to every floor I missed the coffee or water in the lobby for a spa hotel a Must. !!
