The villa is surrounded by a spacious (1000m2) fenced garden with carefully maintained lawn and private swimming pool (21m2). Guests can enjoy leisure time on the covered shaded terrace. Swings and a badminton playground are on disposal for the recreation. Outdoor space provides guests privacy and children security. It is perfect for get- together, barbecue parties or just relaxed book reading. Even your pet will be thankful for choosing this nice villa. The interior of the villa is spacious and bright. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen with living room, all fully equipped for the comfortable stay for the bigger families or group of friends who want to enjoy vacation together. We recommend to visit the historic city of Pula, with its vigorous city life, crowded streets and vibrant atmosphere. The famous Roman Colosseum is the center of the cultural summer festival held each year, with concerts, ballet, operas, film festivals etc.. For the nature lovers the following destinations are definitively worth a day trip: Nature park Cape Kamenjak - peninsula of Kamenjak, a wonder of nature’s architecture, is situated at the South of Istria, near to a site called Premantura. Die Verwalter wohnen gleich nebenan. Daher mussten wir nicht lange warten. Das Haus ist angenehmer als es von den Bildern her beschrieben wurde. Alles was man braucht ist auch vorhanden. Die Kaffeemaschine ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und sollte erneuert werden. Ansonsten war alles super. Der Pool wurde immer gereinigt, ohne das eir das mitbekommen haben. Mit deutsch kommt man nicht sehr weit. Das sollte auf der Seite aktualisiert werden aber mit unseren bisschen Englisch konnten wir alles wichtige klären. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Pool wird zweimal wöchentlich gereinigt. Haus ist zweckmässig und sauber. Anlage schön und gepflegt. Ländlich gelegen, nahe an Pula und dem Meer.
