Lovreč. The first thing that catches your eye when you see the villa is certainly the pastel yellow facade, which goes well with the pastel blue shutters. There is also a stone-clad balcony that adds texture and completes the overall impression. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is designed to accommodate 9 people. An added bonus is that it is pet friendly. The villa covers 360 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open space consisting of a living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a small library and a desk. There is also a Smart TV and an indoor fireplace. In front of the fireplace is a lounge area with armchairs where you can relax and enjoy the warmth of the fire. Just like in the movies.
