    Quick access to the sea 5 minutes on foot, calm, large bedrooms, magnificent semi-covered terrace with built-in barbecue.
    This coastal locality has a beautiful beach and one of the cleanest seas on the Adriatic coast, there are inflatable facilities for children in the water, a number of restaurants and entertainment also on the beach.
    The "beach" promenade leads to the town of Biograd.
    possibility of daily excursion on the surrounding islands from the small port of Biograd or by renting a small boat on the coast "no need for a permit for small boats I specify".
    Turanj is a small port village of 1200 inhabitants on the Pasman channel, 5 km to the south is Biograd, 20 km to the north is Zadar with its very well preserved old town and its lively streets in the evening without forgetting its sea organ.

    Just Great for a Family Vacation
    The property is located 5 minutes (walk time) from the sea in a small village - Turanj. I prefer this over a large city. This rural area reminds me of a place near the Black Sea in Ukraine where our family spent a lot of time before russians decided to invade. Wonderful nature in the Dalmatia region, quiet and perfect place for a family vacation. Would love to come again.

    Ein toller Urlaub
    Ankunft etwas holprig weil Mara ( Mutter vom Vermieter) nicht informiert wurde. Dafür wurden wir aber mit Obst aus dem Garten verwöhnt und konnten das eigene Öl kaufen. Für uns mit Hund zur Nachsaison der perfekte Urlaub. Preis Leistung top! Wir haben gleich für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Der Garten von Mara kann nicht für den Hund genutzt werden was nicht schlimm ist da wir den ganzen Tag auf Achse waren. In der Nachsaison sagt auch niemand etwas wenn Hunde mit an Strand genommen werden. Auch in den noch offenen Lokalen waren wir mit unserem Rottweiler überall gern gesehen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir stehen nicht auf Schickimicki und können uns prima anpassen sowie improvisieren. Ganz ehrlich für 56 Euro die Nacht bei 100 qm Wohnfläche und super Terrasse gibt es absolut kein Grund zu meckern. Für Hundehalter in der Nachsaison empfehle ich nicht den hundestrand bei pakostane sondern den pine Beach nach pakostane. Warum? Es gibt vielmehr Schatten als nur die zwei Bäume der Einstieg ist perfekt ohne Seeigel und es werden keine Parkgebühren mehr berechnet 😊

    Urlaub in Kroatien 2023
    Super schöne Wohnung mit sehr Großzügigen Räumen. Man hat das Gefühl daheim zu sein. Wir haben 2 große Hunde mitgebracht und waren sehr willkommen. Die Eigentümerin hat uns jeden Tag liebevoll Gemüse und Obst aus dem Garten geschenkt. WLAN geht alles super. Es war eine schöne Zeit. Bis zum Strand 5 min. zu Fuß.. Entlang des Strandes gibt es viel zu sehen und zuessen. Alle Städte die man besichtigen kann sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für Landschaftsliebhaber die etwas Sehen wollen sehr zu empfehlen.

    Eine tolle entspannte Urlaubszeit mit einer netten Vermieterin die uns wie eine Familie behandelt und durch die Tage begleitet hat. Sehr sehr gute und tolle ruhige Gegend ,tolles Wetter,nicht zu viele Menschen auf einem Platz Es ist überall ein Plätzchen zum Entspannen da.. Entspannung pur und hoffentlich sieht man sich wieder .

    Unsere Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war genug Platz das 3 Generationen einen schönen Urlaub hatten. Die Terrasse ist sehr oft morgens und Abends benutzt worden. Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr sehr nett, auch unsere Kinder haben sie in ihr Herz geschlossen, kleine Aufmerksamkeiten aus dem eigenen Garten waren auch dabei 😉 Rund um ein perfektes Paket und wenn wir wieder nach Kroatien fahren auf jeden Fall wieder dort hin.

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Mara et Petar sont des supers hôtes qui parlent français ce qui a été un gros plus pour nous. La maison est très bien équipée avec une grande terrasse ombragée et à 5 min de la plage à pied.     Klasse Urlaub in tollem Haus
    Wir haben im Juli 23 einen dreiwöchigen Urlaub in Turanj verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr geräumig und mit gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Da wir mit zwei Familien gebucht hatten, konnten wir sowohl das Apartment im Obergeschoss mit überdachter Dachterasse (unser Frühstücksbereich) als auch die Terasse im Erdgeschoss mit gemauertem Ofen zum abendlichen Grillen nutzen. Die Ausstattung ist nicht zu beanstanden und entspricht angesichts der fairen Preisgestaltung absolut den Erwartungen. Der Weg zum Strand in Turanj ist zu Fuß machbar, wir hatten allerdings auch Fahrräder, was die gefühlt 800m doch deutlich angenehmer macht. Da der Strand in Turanj allerdings nur eingeschränkt Schattenplätze bietet, sind wir oft ein paar Kilometer weiter zu einer Bucht gefahren, an der der umliegende Wald an den Strandtagen vor der Sonne schützte. Aquapark, Hochseilgarten und eine Rad-Wanderung auf den "Berg" zum Aussichtspunkt sind alternative Aktivitäten, ebenso wie eine Bootstour zu den äusseren Inselngruppen und ein Besuch in Zadar. Wie in anderen Bewertungen auch schon geschrieben, wohnt im Untergeschoss des Hauses die Vermieterin, mit der wir einen sehr sympathischen Austausch während der drei Wochen hatten, auch wenn unsere Französisch-Kenntnisse leider doch sehr eingerostet waren. Wir haben hier in Summe eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht!

    Wir hatte sehr schöne Tage
    Die Wohnung war sauber und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Das wir nicht das ganze Haus alleine haben war uns bekannt. Trotz unserer 3 temperamentvollen Enkeln konnten wir dort insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Mara spricht Französisch, Petar kann auch auf Deutsch kommunizieren. Preis - Leistung ist für diese Wohnung Top.
