Villa Santa Lucia is located on the island of Babac, which lies between the town of Biograd na Moru and the island of Paman. The island of Babac is the only inhabited island in the archipelago of 16 islands off the island of Paman. The island is full of hidden bays and sandy beaches and is ideal for a peaceful and quiet holiday. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the charm of this beautiful island, then Villa Santa Lucia is the right choice for you! It was built in 2022 in a contemporary architectural style, has a view of the clear Adriatic Sea from all rooms and offers its guests 207 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 780 m2. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. On the ground floor, you can make yourself comfortable in the living room, which has a sofa, armchair and TV, and the children will love the PlayStation games console. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. You will feel at home in 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are furnished with a double bed and the remaining two with two single beds each. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find a 220 m² walk-out roof terrace with an outdoor Weber gas barbecue, a dining table with seating for 8 as well as deckchairs and exercise equipment. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 45 m2, 1.4 m deep, with massage as an additional feature. You can also sunbathe on the 8 sun loungers provided. Other amenities at Villa Santa Lucia include a washing machine, an iron and a separate WC. If children are coming on holiday with you, you can use a feeding trough and a baby cot. If you are travelling with your own boat, you have the option of using the boat mooring. We offer you the rental of an 8-metre MF 795 boat and a skipper for transport to the shore for visits to the islands of Paman, Komornik and Galesnjak (a heart-shaped island). Included in the price:

Among the sights on the island of Babac, you can visit the church of St Andrije from the 13th to 15th century and the historical remains of the Fortice fortress from the 15th century and the lighthouse built in 1874. In addition to the facility, the offer also includes the use of a quad (permit, helmet and user contract required), a small boat, a SUP and we have added a large boat (new Merry Fisher 795, 2022 year). The skipper is also included in the price, he is also the host. He is available for daily requests, services, transfers, help with grocery shopping, recommendations and accompaniment to restaurants, etc. Surcharge for the skipper 50 for long tours, such as Kornati, Skradin, Dugi Otok, etc., as it is for the whole day. Fuel for a large boat is also an additional fee, but that is understandable. On the island, a road has been cut through the centre of the island, so you can walk to the other side in 10 minutes (view of Paman). You can walk or explore 4.7 kilometres around the entire island.
The house is 80 metres from the sea and about 100 metres walk to the nearest beach on the island where this villa is located.
The villa is only 750 metres from the mainland, the town of Turanj. Public car park (about 20-30 per week) is located by the sea.
We wait for guests in the car park and take them to the villa by a larger boat. We drive 30 seconds to the island.
A larger boat (New Jeanneau Merry Fisher 795) is charged extra.
For all other transfers, which take place several times a day, the house price includes a smaller boat and a skipper/host to look after them. If you wish and have a licence, you can use the small boat yourself for an unlimited period.
The quad bike, which is parked in Turanj, can of course be used indefinitely with a permit.
On the island there is absolute peace and quiet and a picturesque environment and atmosphere. No traffic at all.
There is also unlimited use of the SUP.
The host is available all day and all night by prior arrangement. The host is nearby for small interventions, repairs, help with restaurants, doctors.
A larger boat with a skipper can take guests to the Kornati islands, Krk, restaurants and beaches on the surrounding islands and Zadar.
