9.8/10 Exceptional! (1,003 reviews)
Excellent staff. Very welcoming, attentive and friendly. The hotel looks the part for your Angkor experience.
My only criticism would be the shower / toilet area in our room. The toilet roll holder was against the back wall, instead of either wall on the sides, making it difficult to reach.
Our shower faucet was sticky, i.e. it was either a trickle of water or full blast. The shower head was also fixed, so you could not turn it away from yourself if needed. The temperature control was also either cold or scalding hot. These combination of issues then made it that you either had cold water blasting you or being scalded by extremely hot water. It took 10min to finesse the correct temperature. 😅
It would be a simple fix, and not anything that would take away from the overall pleasant experience of the hotel.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (228 reviews)
This hotel is a gem in Siem Reap. The staff are amazing. The breakfast is top notch. The rooms are beautiful. The pool is nice and refreshing. It is convenient to get to Old Market and other places by tuktuk or even walking (about 10 minutes). The coffeeshop and café are a nice option. The pizza is great. Kim, and others at the front desk are so wonderful and friendly. I look forward to returning here.

9.8/10 Exceptional! (989 reviews)
The service at this hotel was well beyond expectations. I have never experienced such great service. Cool towels every time you returned to the hotel. Friendly staff constantly asking if you need anything. It was my birthday and the staff sang happy birthday to me and gave me a little present and a cake! I was very impressed. I highly recommend this hotel. It was clean. The amenities were refilled each day. Tea and coffee in the room. Shower was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again.

"Our family stayed for a week in two rooms. The staff themselves are genuinely nice, helpful people—they carried our heavy bags up and down the stairs without hesitation, always smiled, and verbally wanted to help. That warmth is the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. But unfortunately, good ..."
