Clean and spacious hotel
Great clean place in SIP, close and convenient to go everywhere in Suzhou. Room is clean and spacious with separate kitchen and living room.

Though there was renovation going on in hotel reception area, it was quiet. Carpark limited, shopping 10-15minutes walk away, surrounded by local housing. Breakfast average

Good value and great area
I've stayed here before. Its a nice clean serviced apartment in a nice area. Its only around a ten minute walk to the new Suzhou Centre Mall and Xinghai Square. Its very good value for money. I would prefer it if the bed was a bit bigger but for this hotel is around half the price of similar standard hotels in the area.

Very nice hotel / apartment
Was a little difficult to find late at night, but once checked in, a great studio/1br apartment. Modern, clean, great amenities in kitchen, and good views. Staff friendly, helpful and speak English well.

Ideally located quiet place to stay
Citadines is ideally located near bus and Xinghai subway station. It is well equipped, very clean, quiet and with a adequate breakfast enhanced by changing out main options every day.

Great hotel at a fair price
Whenever I am in Suzhou, this is my hotel of choice. Nice studio type apart/hotel rooms, Buffet breakfast is perfect...good selection and fresh. Staff is super helpful and friendly and speak good English. Nice, safe neighborhood.

Great home away from home
The hotel's location was easily accessible by Metro. It had friendly, English-speaking staff and even free coffee in the lobby. The room itself was small but had everything you would want, including premium channels, full kitchen equipment, and great bedding. Breakfast was good (watch out, they don't tell you complimentary breakfast is only for one person until after you arrive) but otherwise, the stay was very pleasant. The hotel even has a fitness room and laundrette. The wifi signal was strong and there were lots of resources (maps, OPEN magazine, Sherpa food delivery menu) available to help you enjoy your stay in the area.

Solid option in secondary city
Location is not as bad as others have made it out to be - two blocks away (5min walk) is a series of restaurants, western, local, vegetarian and even a Starbucks. Metro is also a few minutes away to connect hotel with the old part of the city. Staff's English was excellent. Breakfast (mainly Chinese) a bit small but the hotel is small.

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff.
We stayed here for a few nights, and the staff were always helpful, spoke English well, and were always friendly. Hotel is located a few blocks from the Subway, but hailing a cab nearby is very easy, and cheap. Don't forget to check out the mini mall with several restaurants, a cigar store, and a small supermarket, just behind the hotel! Would definitely stay here again.

Good Value Serviced Apartments Type hotel
This hotel is in a good location, only 5+ minutes walk from the metro station. Our 2 bedroom apartment, although a little basic was very clean and nicely laid out with lots of space for the family and provide excellent value for money. The buffet breakfast selection was limited, but the quality was good and much better than we expected at this type of hotel. The small gym is quite well equipped with 2 running machines, a ski machine and some weights.
