Cosy self-contained apartment

Welcome to this self-contained rental that sleeps up to 4 people.

Featuring a master suite, bathroom, kitchen, and living room, it’s ideal for couples or families.

We have intentionally set the price very low because we ask guests to bring their own sheets and linens and to leave the place as clean as possible for the next guests. A small cleaning fee is required to ensure the same level of service for everyone.

Household linens are available as an option.
The Accommodation
The accommodation includes:

- A living room with a sofa bed and a large TV. (Netflix only for now; standard TV channels via shared connection if you have an account).
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, capsule coffee maker, kettle)
- Master suite with a bedroom featuring a 160 cm double bed (Tempur) and an en suite bathroom.

Paid options:
- Linens, sheets, and comforters.
- Additional cleaning service.
- Coffee, tea, and basic supplies.
- Jacuzzi

We’re nature lovers,
we love the bees 🐝 that go bzzz bzzz, birds 🐦 that go “cheep cheep,” and ants 🐜 making their way; that’s why we let our green spaces 🌳 thrive and stay alive with flowers and grass. If you’re a fan of French-style gardens or “golf course-style” landscaping, you won’t find that here 😉
Guest Access
To the right of the car gate (marked with a sun), there’s a key box where you can pick up the key to the accommodation.
Once you have it, open the small pedestrian gate next to the car gate and walk down the slope.
The door to your accommodation is on the left (white door, next to the garage door)
It opens onto your entryway.
There will be another door on the right, leading into the living room.
Additional Notes
Please note that this rental is offered at an extremely low rate because we expect guests to bring their own linens and sheets. We also ask that you leave the place as clean as you found it upon arrival.

Bed sizes:
In the bedroom: 160 cm
In the living room: 140 cm sofa bed.
(If you don’t have fitted sheets in the correct sizes, a flat sheet will suffice)

It is not permitted to sleep on the beds without a sheet; sheets are available as an optional extra.

In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee of 50€ will be charged
