This cottage, located in a hamlet 2 km from Surzur, comprises on the ground floor: a living room with a dining room, kitchen, and lounge, as well as a toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and an en-suite shower room. Outside, you'll enjoy a private, unfenced 200 m² garden. The 7,500 m² plot is shared with the owner and the adjacent cottage 56G24821\. The cottage adjoins the owner's home and is also a year-round rental property. Shared parking is available on the property. On the Rhuys Peninsula, Surzur is both rural (local products like cider and charcuterie) and coastal, with its oyster farming area. It's a commune in the Gulf of Morbihan Regional Natural Park and located about fifteen kilometers from Vannes, a fortified town dating back two thousand years. For your lazy days and swimming, the beaches of Damgan and Sarzeau await you! Small country house, nestled in the countryside, for a quiet stay and located 2 steps from the Gulf of Morbihan
