1\. Maximum of 2 pets 60lbs and under only, no aggressive breeds allowed  
2\. Pets must be fully house trained (incontinence, behavioral) and crated when left alone, you provide the crate  
3\. Pets must be treated for fleas within two weeks of stay and be vaccinated for Rabies  
4\. Pet Fee of $20 per pet, per day is non-refundable and is NOT an 'extra cleaning fee'. (this fee is flexible for stays longer than 13 nights... please inquire) You remove ALL pet hair & waste before departing. NOTE: This fee is included in your rate with Airbnb and VRBO IF YOU INDICATE YOU HAVE A PET IN THE PROCESS OF BOOKING. \*Pool HEATING is not automatically included and is optional. Pool temperature modification is $100 extra for each week or portion of each week thereof and must be requested (typically) at least 3 days in advance. It is recommended if you plan on using the pool in the cooler months to maximize enjoyment. POOL HEAT is only available during certain times of the year and usually when air temperatures are between 45-75 degrees Fahrenheit. The months of Jan-Feb can generally be too cold to heat the pool to a comfortable temperature. We set the WATER temperature between 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit. A pool heater is designed to make swimming just a bit more comfortable in cooler (not freezing) weather. Please inquire if desired.  
  
\*\*\*FOR STAYS 29 DAYS OR LONGER: We require cleanings/inspections every 2 TO 4 weeks during longer stays. The cleaning fee is much less than the departure cleaning fee at $175, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Another amazing stay at Tiki Time! This is truly our family’s happy place. This house is the best we have ever stayed at on any trip and we will never stay anywhere else. Already looking into scheduling our next trip!

This house was perfect for a group vacation. It had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed the pool and using the golf cart to go to the beach. Would highly recommend staying at this rental.

We really enjoyed this property. Our first time in Surfside, we were so pleased with the laid back feel of the area. The walk to the beach was so easy, and having the golf cart was super convenient. Would definitely stay again.

#### Great Family Time At Tiki Time

Beautiful home with a pool to enjoy. We were a family of nine and we had plenty of space. The beach is just a few minutes walking distance. The amenities were superb. The home was very clean. Karen, our host was wonderful. We would totally stay at Tiki Time again for our next family vacation.

#### Thanksgiving getaway

Traveled with the family to Surfside to experience Thanksgiving at the beach. Great house with plenty of room. Each bedroom had lots of space and almost all had their own bathroom. The house had a keurig and drip coffee maker, as well as K cups and ground coffee, creamer and sugar. A very nice touch that was appreciated that you won’t find in many rentals. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Close to the beach. Tiny pool. Good cookout area. Main level room was hot and needs a fan on addition to ceiling fan. Golf cart was a plus. There is a daily charge to park golf cart at beach.

The home was beautiful, it offered everything you need to have an exciting, relaxing trip. The community from what we explored looked great. The bed were super comfy, the private pool and tiki area was super relaxing to spend time in. Our whole family enjoyed the time we spent, and can't wait to come back for longer next time and get to explore more of the area and the other things Myrtle Beach has to offer! Thanks for making our 1st experience in Myrtle Beach a great one!

Our stay at Tiki Time in Surfside Beach was absolutely perfect! This rental truly has everything you could ask for in a beach retreat. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and just a short walk to the beach.The private saltwater pool was a huge hit, especially with the option to heat it in the evenings. We spent so much time at the Tiki Bar, grilling out, and lounging by the pool—it felt like our own personal resort. Inside, the house was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably.If you're looking for a fun, family-friendly beach house with great amenities and a perfect location, this is it! We can’t wait to come back to Tiki Time next year!

#### Our Favorite Vacation!

This is our second stay at Tiki Time and it was just as amazing as the first stay! We have fallen in love with the area and will never stay anywhere else other then Tiki Time. The house is spotless, the backyard is paradise with the pool, and the golf cart is a huge bonus! It’s so nice to jump in for a quick ride to the beach or playground. Karen is a wonderful host and always available to answer any questions. We are already planning our 2024 stay. Thank you sharing this home with us!

This property exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The grocery store wasn’t far away at all. All of the beds were comfortable. With a small temperature drop expected for our week away, Karen messaged to ask if we wanted the pool heated. It was well worth the minimal fee! What a refreshing way to end the day! I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and we will certainly book again.
