You are only a 1-minute ride on our \*NEW\* Margaritaville golf cart, to enjoy time on the beach. Conveniently located right on the beach is a playground, volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball courts, cornhole, and BIKE RENTALS! When you are ready to change it up you can take the kids or just yourself to the water park. The park has an Olympic size pool, indoor heated pool, 3 kiddy pools, water slide, and a lazy river open Memorial Day to Labor Day! In-door pool available year round. At the pavilion they have an arcade, and scheduled events in the recreation center. Just behind the water park is the Meet n ‘Eat that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy or join in on some Karaoke on Friday evenings. This is a 24 hour gated community with a private security patrol to keep the area safe. There are church services in the recreation center, as well as on the beach on Sundays if you want to go, everyone is invited. All of these amenities are INCLUDED in the parking pass, $15/vehicle per day, that you purchase from Ocean Lakes online prior to your stay. If your booking more the 10 days out be sure to ask about Express Check-In parking passes, which will save you $3/vehicle per day and you will be able to skip the office and go straight to the house upon arrival !! This 3-bedroom, 2 bath home offers a queen bed in each bedroom. The primary bedroom includes a private bath and an upgraded gel/memory foam mattress topper. Kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you would need for preparing any meal, including spices, and a dishwasher to help with the clean up. Full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet. Enjoy your morning coffee with an ocean view from the front porch, with two rockers and table w/seating for four. The beachy Margaritaville atmosphere is continued down below the house with an outside area, great lounging, new furniture and including an entertainment center with a large LED cable TV and custom green LED lighting. There is a gas grill for cookouts and a convenient outdoor shower with hot/cold water to rinse off the sand before entering the home. The house was just as described. It rained several days on our stay, so the board games and cards came in handy. Kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we could think of needing. Beds were comfortable, and showers had great water pressure. The kids LOVED the golf cart, which big enough to carry our beach stuff with us for each trip to the beach. Not having to pack beach chairs and toys from home was a huge bonus. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had questions. We will definitely be booking again in the future! ##### Hilary R. We loved our stay at this property. The house was in immaculate shape, and had all the things we needed. Generally when we rent at Ocean Lakes we are always finding ourselves without some necessities not here. They even provided linens, towels, shampoo, soap etc. WOW what service. Having access not only to the Gold Cart (which is beyond exceptional) but having beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and such made this trip super special. Bud & Tammy have a beautiful home, very clean and games for that rainy day we had during Hurricane Idalia. The golf cart is super nice & there are chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc in the shed. We’ve been staying at Ocean Lakes for 9 years now. We got engaged and married at Ocean Lakes so have made it a family tradition over the years to come back which means we’ve stayed at a lot of different properties. I think this may be my very favorite. It was extremely clean, had everything you would need. The owners are absolutely wonderful and we felt at home! We will be returning for many more years! Bud and Tammy have created such a lovely space underneath which we thoroughly enjoyed with our little one! Bud was very responsive and accommodating for us. Sun Kissed and Salty was all we dreamed it would be. I cannot find words to tell you how great Bud was to work with. He surpassed everything you could ask for in a host. From reaching out a few days before our trip to checking in the night of our arrival to make certain things were good. He was extremely patient with any questions. The house is exactly as shown and the golf cart that came along with the rental was "killer". While I understand why the there is a max 6 over night occupants - I really would love to be able to take 7\. Simply beacuse of our family headcount. . We absolutely loved our stay! When we arrived it was clean, smelled amazing and everything was exactly as pictured. They aren't lying when they say the house is well stocked, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We cooked a few dinners here, enjoyed the hang out area below the house and loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. We even made it an ongoing joke about the funny sound the trashcan makes when it closes. The beds were all super comfortable, it was very nice having all linens included. We had a small toddler here (2 yrs old) and it was very easy to watch him considering the house is even equipped with child safety locks. It was also nice having the smart tv in the living room so we could watch his favorite show at nighttime before bed. Bud was VERY responsive the entirety of our stay. I cannot recommend this house enough. The location was awesome, just a short golf cart ride to the beach but still on a very quiet street.
