THE LIVING ROOM CONTAINS A NEW ELECTRIC RECLINING LEATHER SOFA AND RECLINER! THERE ARE NEW AREA RUGS AND NEW DINING ROOM TABLE AND CHAIRS. THERE IS LOTS OF STORAGE IN ALL BEDROOM CLOSETS. THE KITCHEN COMES FULLY STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED FROM SILVERWARE, DISHES, GLASSES, AND COOKWARE IN ADDITION TO MUST-NEEDED SMALL APPLIANCES SUCH AS A KEURIG, REGULAR COFFEE POT, TOASTER, CAN OPENER, ETC. THE KITCHEN TABLE SEATS SIX PEOPLE IN ADDITION TO 4 BAR STOOLS IN THE KITCHEN BAR AREA. THERE IS SEATING OUTSIDE UNDER THE COVERED DECK AS WELL AS SEATING ON THE UNCOVERED DECK. A few of the beds were not very comfortable but the next person may love the firmness, it is all a matter of what you like to sleep on. My Grandkids loved the swings outside. There were a few things that need attention. the golf carts were rusted really bad and the back step was barely hanging on on one and the other the top part that holds the windshield was zip tied on. The grill was so gross we couldn’t use it but that is because the people before us didn’t clean it I guess. But one big thing was the roof was leaking and everytime it rained we were cleaning up water puddles on the stairs and pieces of the celery were all over the stairs from the leaking roof and there is really bad mold in the closet upstairs. Nephew had to sleep on the couch because we didn’t want him in the room with the mold for a week. The owner was very nice and communicated quickly. Unfortunately though none of these things could be fixed while we were there. ##### ashley s. The accommodations at D15 were excellent. We were about a hundred steps from the pristine beaches without being in the way of traffic. Had space for everyone in our party of 5 ( and room to spare). The unit was clean and welcoming. You could see that the owners put thought into giving you a vacation experience. Tonya (owner) was very responsive to our needs and request. The biggest compliment you can give a place is to plan to go back there again. This property was everything we were hoping it to be and Tonya was very easy to get ahold of if we needed anything! We had never been to Ocean Lakes Campground before but we will definitely be returning. There is so much for the kids to do and we LOVED the nightly games in the recreation center. The golf carts were a plus. Especially, when you have kids with you. Pack up the golf carts and the kids and the beach is only a 1 minute drive from the house and you get preferred golf cart parking 😉 We will definitely be saving this house for future vacations!
