A private home community of 12 houses with an ocean front pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 1), landscaped grounds and some of the best views on the east coast. Portofino IV 2024 is a small dog friendly property. This home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates 14 with 1 king bed, 4 queens, 2 sets of bunks and a sofa bed. The property was as advertised. We did not love that a filter replacement occurred while we were there with someone not wearing a mask. This could easily have waited until checkout. We also noticed a wasp nest in the deck lighting that needs attention. The kitchen was well appointed and furniture comfortable. We loved Portofino IV. The houses are very cute and everything was so convenient. We also appreciated that the windows were clean. That can be challenging in an oceanfront home. There are some broken seals that need to be addressed in the living room and a new mattress would do wonders for the master bedroom. The kitchen was very well equipped but lacking in storage space. These are minor complaints though. We loved the deck, the deck furniture, the ample parking, and the open floor plan. Having four bathrooms was great for our family trip.
