This home has many upgrades to include an elevator, upgraded trim work, and new high-quality furniture and beautiful décor throughout. The kitchen is well-equipped with quartz countertops, tile backsplash, counter height bar, and abundant white shaker cabinets. This home has two masters with king beds and tile showers which both offer their own private balconies. Each of the three additional bedrooms have their own bathrooms along with a half bath on the main floor. All rooms will be equipped with large flat-screen TVs. This home has a larger back yard with a saltwater pool (with optional seasonal pool heat available) with a sitting ledge and ample space for your family to space out and enjoy! The home is a very close walk to the beach with the beach access just steps away. EXTERIOR FEATURES Private Saltwater Pool - Professionally Maintained (Seasonal Electric Pool Heat Available, Additional Fees Apply), 3 Covered Exterior Porches, Owner-Provided Grill (Guest is Responsible for Cleaning Between Every Use & Supplies/Propane Refills), Paved Covered Parking, Professionally Landscaped Grounds, Non Smoking Environment, No Pets Allowed SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS 1st Floor (One): 1 King, Queen Sofa Sleeper in Living Room 2nd Floor (Four): 1 King, 1 Queen, Full over Full Bunk Bed, 2 Queens BATHROOM LOCATIONS 1st Floor (One + One Half): 1 Private, ½ Bath (Hall Access) 2nd Floor (Four): 4 Private PROPERTY AMENITIES Elevator (To All Floors), Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed. HEATED POOLS Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature. Houses that offer pool heat (standard size pool) have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option.
