Water Park is free Treat yourself good and enjoy life at the beach! Here, it takes you about a 30 second walk to have your toes in the sand. Book now for your time at the beach! A discount of 10% is offered to those who reserve their stay in August through December 2026. We thank our new 2026 guests as well as our returning guests who selected our home for their 2026 vacation at the beach! At last, you're here and the beach is right there! You enjoy your own private space with this beach home. No public hall ways to share. Ocean Lakes is private property with 24 hour security. Here at Site 1170 you will be the 3rd house from the beach. Your walk to the beach is about 30 seconds! Built on stilts, you park right under the house. Step out on the deck from the dining room and enjoy the sight and sound of the ocean. All the comforts of home. WiFi is included. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen including a side bar with seating for 3\. Moving into the living and dining areas you have a dining table and spacious living room with a sleeper sofa which opens to a queen bed. First floor bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full on bottom and a twin on top. The full bathroom with shower and full size washer and dryer complete the first floor. On the second floor is a bedroom with a king bed and full bath with shower. The other bedroom has a queen bed and full bath with tub/shower. For the baby we have a pack 'n play, a high chair and baby gate. All TVs are flat screen with one in each bedroom and a 55" in the the living room. We have your beach chairs and umbrella! For your convenience paper products and hand, dish & laundry soaps are stocked. Bring your own bed linens, bath & beach towels or ask about rental service. The beach is steps away. The Water Park is right here and included. Indoor & outdoor pools, water slides, lazy river and splash zone for the little ones. There is a playground for the young ones, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes and bean bag games. There's also a miniature golf course. For convenience shopping there's the Sandy Mart. Lots of good things to eat at the Meet N' Eat. Check out the game room and the Nature Center. The Rec Center office offers discounted tickets to over a dozen area attractions. The Rec Center office also has a book exchange library. Once here, all the amenities of Ocean Lakes Family Campground are available to you. You have the option to rent golf cars through Ocean Lakes. Vehicle pass fee of $15 per day per vehicle will be charged by and payable directly to Ocean Lakes when paid at arrival. Vehicle pass fee will be $12 per day per vehicle using Express Check-in and fee is paid prior to your arrival. Advance lead time for the mailing of your passes is required by Ocean Lakes for Express Check-in. The Ocean Lake charges are subject to change. One mile of private beach, water park, indoor and outdoor pools, and so much more. Like a more quiet time, it's beautiful here after the rush of summer. As we get into September minimum stay is 3 nights. October is very popular with the weekend activities full of Halloween fun. Rental of our house is to families. This was a fantastic place to stay! We were 2 houses from the beach and there was beach access right at the end of our road, so it was a straight walk right onto the beach. They had 4 adult beach chairs, 2 little kid chairs and 2 umbrellas available 2 borrow. They had a very nice and clean high chair, pack and play and baby gate, functional kitchen appliances, all the dishes and cookware that we needed, and even a few spices, which we were thankful for since I forgot to bring those. (The ice maker is fixed too btw.) The beds were comfortable in all the rooms. The kids room was downstairs and the two larger rooms were upstairs. It was very clean, except for the carpets needing a good deep cleaning. The only thing I would've done differently is to listen to the directions at check in! I assumed it would be like finding a regular house with a GPS, only needing the house number and street name, but it wasn't. There are several VERY narrow roads (with just enough room for our van to get through) in between the houses that don't have their own names. Once you find it the first time with the Ocean Lakes map and get used to squeezing into the parking, it's perfect though! We were able to get a minivan, Subaru, and pick up truck all parked under there. The homeowners were very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. We were able to cook all week. We had all of the pots and pans needed. It was great that we didn’t have to bring our beach chairs and umbrella’s because they were already there! The master bedroom was huge and the king size bed was very comfortable. The owners are so very nice, responsive and very easy to work with. The house had a beautiful ocean view and was stocked with everything you need. The communication with the home owner's was amazing, they checked in with me to see how thing's were going and answered every question I had. This home is super close to the beach which was a priority for us. It was nice decorated, clean, comfortable and gave us plenty of room to enjoy our stay! It had everything that we needed for our 4 day trip. The owner, Cynthia, was thorough in making sure that our needs were met before and during the trip. The only recommendation that I have would be to replace the mattress or add a mattress topper to the king bed because it’s not very comfortable and you can easily feel the bed springs.
