Spend your days building sandcastles, biking around town, and soaking up the sunshine, then unwind together in your comfy coastal retreat. It's everything you need for a fun-filled vacation your family will never forget! EXTERIOR FEATURES 2nd Floor Unit, 1 Parking Spot, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool (Open seasonally from April 1st-October 1st)- Professionally Maintained, Private Balcony, Non Smoking Unit, Trailers, Motorcycles & Golf Carts are Not Permitted at Complex, No Pets Allowed SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS (Two): 1 Queen, 1 Queen and 1 Twin, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room BATHROOM LOCATIONS (Two): 1 En Suite, 1 Hall Access PROPERTY AMENITIES Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron & Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment.
