It’s so nice and clean and so close to the beach! It’s about a block and 1/2 to the beach. The area is quiet and not tons of people, but also can walk to a few places to eat. Cons - Arrived to garbage in the bathroom vanities and under the beds and an oven that was unusable because it was so dirty. A clogged toilet which was never repaired for us, after notifying the management office, leaving us with one toilet for four people. And the topper to the uncleanliness was a random Xanax pill under the coffee table, I am glad we didn’t have an infant crawling around in the house.
