I had to wait more than two hours to get the new room. The new room was great, but the AC was still not cold. It was better, but still not cold. My friend who stayed with me and one of the hotel housekeepers confirmed that the AC temperature was not cold. I have upcoming reservation in Swiss-Bellin in Malang on July 26th. I do hope that I will not getting the same experience.
