Not really a good experience staying at the hotel. Started with not getting the room based on the reservation. They said that one of the reserved rooms were not available. The hotel did upgrade the room with additional extra bed. But the AC temperature in the room was not cold at all. The engineer came to fix the AC, but it didn't work at all. I called the front desk to ask for moving me to different room. I had to wait more than two hours to get the new room. The new room was great, but the AC was still not cold. It was better, but still not cold. My friend who stayed with me and one of the hotel housekeepers confirmed that the AC temperature was not cold. I have upcoming reservation in Swiss-Bellin in Malang on July 26th. I do hope that I will not getting the same experience.

A great location for Purwosari Station

This hotel was comfortable to stay although there were many families with small children. Some rooms were noisy with children crying before we entered our room so I was little worried about the quietness in my room. But when I entered the room, I didn't really hear them. The reason I didn't give 5 star for cleanness is that plates and glasses from breakfast were not clean especially glasses for cold drinks. However the quality of breakfast and staff who work at breakfast area is great. They quickly take your empty plates from your table and keep your table clean. The bubur was the best bubur that I had so far compare to other hotels in Indonesia.

Nice hotel close to the center city

Close to the center city make our family can enjoy every meal in this city. Every Local meal inthis city is good taste. Try it believe me. Will miss this city

Impossible to sleep at this hotel

Almost deafening noise, shaking the walls, in the very early morning (6 am) from a very noisy event the hotel actually allowed to happen it its own parking lot, plus an all night noisy dance party in the neighboring room. It seems impossible that a 3 start hotel would prioritize making noise on megaphones at 6 in the morning, and allowing all night dance parties in guest rooms, to be more important than letting normal guests of the hotel sleep. I really don't understand. In any case, the manager upgraded the room and also helped me get to the airport on time, so I am grateful for the help and consideration, but really the event was a big mistake. Whoever authorized the noisy event probably should not be permitted to manage hotels, as they don't seem to understand the purpose of a hotel is for guests to sleep at night.

pertama kali menginap, parkir basement sangat luas dan nyaman, terkoneksi dg lift hotel. resepsionis yg ramah dan cepat, akses lift menuju kmr sgt private dg keycard, selasar yang mewah, kamar begitu bersih dan ruangan nya luas, cocok utk keluarga dg anak bisa bermain di lantai, kmr mandi agak kurang lancar air nya, terkadang sampai meluap ke lantai pembatas. tirai single, krg bisa menikmati pemandangan krn tdk ada vitrage. suasana kamar kurang kedap suara, kamar yg jauh dr lift msh terdengar bunyi lift, bahkan org yg lewat pun dgr suara dr dlm kmr.

the best hotel in solo

I can't explain more. Well trained employees made me feel like home. restaurant in 5th floor was very noce and delicious, services were amazing, I remember the name of waitress 'Pipit' she cared me as my little sister did. The room was quite nice and cosy. I will definitely stay any Swiss Bel brand next time again.

Nice Hotel with friendly staffs.

Excellent. There is a nice depot right next to it called Omah Londo. Lots of different food. And the hotel is connected with mall and food too.

We have traveled and lived in Central Java even solo for years and were very happy with this new hotel. I would consider this as good of a travel up by train as you will find. The purwosari train station is 5 min walk. For new tourists you can access all easily. We will be back.
