This oceanfront home is everything you need and more for a relaxing luxury island vacation! Outside you will find a private heatable swimming pool, lots of room for rocking on the 2 covered oceanfront decks, and a short walk down the private boardwalk to put your toes in the sand! Inside, you will be greeted with coastal chic décor and amazing ocean views. There are 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and an extra media room! The inverted floor plan maximizes the ocean views from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the upstairs living area/kitchen/dining. It will take your breath away! Downstairs you will enjoy a primary ocean suite with a private bathroom and access to the oceanfront deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails. There is also a media room and 3 more bedrooms added to this level. Upstairs, you can find a well-equipped kitchen, a large walk-in pantry, an elegant dining room, a cozy living room, an extra powder room, and two more bedrooms. The kitchen is even stocked with extra items like an air fryer, instant pot, slow cooker, fondue pot, waffle maker, and a Keurig for your added convenience. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for streaming. Paws for Joy delights in donating! The owner of this home will give back a portion of the rental income to non-profit organizations that actively work to help support the environment, wildlife in need, or people in need from coastal NC. Please let our office know if you have any ideas for charities to consider! The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance. Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them. This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion).
