This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home boasts cute coastal decor throughout and an inverted floor plan to maximize the views and natural light. The two levels of covered street-side decking allow you to enjoy the ocean breezes and views. On the first level, you will find 3 bedrooms, each with a flatscreen TV for entertainment, and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs, there is a spacious common area with an open floor plan to include the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a half-bath for convenience. The dining table seats 8 and there are also 6 seats at the large kitchen bar. The kitchen features a fun backsplash and a unique red stove, fully equipped for all of your meal preparations. There is even a small desk area for gamers or those working while on vacation. The large, fenced-in backyard is perfect for your furry friend to play or to enjoy evenings by the gas grill playing corn hole! Prefer cooler weather? Visit this lovely home in the off-season to enjoy a less busy beach strand and then cozy up by the gas logs for a gorgeous sunset! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge.
