This 3-bedroom (2Q, 2T, FT) duplex is in the private Holden Beach West community and has an open floor plan with a spacious living area and kitchen. Soak in the ocean breezes and coastal views from the covered porches or relax on the screened-in porch, both of which have ceiling fans. The screened-in porch also has a futon for those lazy afternoon naps. Just a few of the special touches that make this home a family-friendly gathering place are games and puzzles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, Keurig, Crockpot, and hairdryers in the bathrooms! Beach access is just 75 yards away. The property has an outdoor shower and outdoor grill. Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge.
