Welcome! Thanks for stopping by our house. Our host fees include a thorough house cleaning and linens delivered for your use. Bath and Pool towels are provided at the house for your use.

This 2 story home features an inverted floor plan with large decks - enjoy wonderful beach views from the second row. Location is everything with this property, as beach access is directly across from the street; restaurants, the playground, candy store, and ice cream are just a short walk away.

The home features a total of 5 bedrooms, each with a full bath. The master suite sits on the second floor and features a king bed, tiled walk-in shower with double vanity and 40" smart TV. A second bedroom located on the floor has twin bunk beds for the kids to spend vacation together.

The kitchen located on the top floor is open and airy with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and a center island with bar stool seating for 4. The dining room table is flanked by benches which seat 8-10 people comfortably. Adjacent to the kitchen is nicely decorated living area with 60" LED TV.

The first-floor features three bedrooms and a second family room with 60" TV. The bedrooms consist of 1 king, and 2 queens, each with a private bath, deck access, and a 40" TV. There is a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space on the first floor living room.

Perhaps the best features of this home are the large decks off of the front of the house. Enjoy sunbathing on the top floor or just sit and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. To beat the heat, enjoy your vacation on the lower deck reading a book or just catch up on some sleep with the oversize sofa.

A large private pool and hot tub are located inside the backyard fence for the ultimate vacation. Beginning fall of 2016 request to have the pool heated for an additional charge. An outside shower with hot and cold water is adjacent the hot tub. The Tiki bar located in the pool area and is the ultimate hang out.

We have stayed at Holden Beach for years, and this was by far our favorite home! The house itself is nicely decorated, has great spaces to enjoy family, the bedrooms are comfortable (great tile showers), and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool, and the wonderful views of the ocean. We plan to repeat our stay in this house again!

Shae was a great host. Communicated with us regarding the property before check in. All items we needed such as toddler bed, high chair and pack and play were set up for us. Property was very close walking distance to the beach access. We were on a big family vacation with our whole family. Children ages ranging from 1yo to teenagers. We all had a blast. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. House was clean. We would definitely book this place again if we were to return to Holden Beach.

We had such a wonderful time at the beach house. The house was clean, modern, beautiful and the location couldn't get any better! Beach access is directly across the street. Our stay at this beach rental was absolutely perfect! The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, with stunning ocean views from the main living quarters. The highlight, however, was the outdoor area. The pool was large and crystal clear, perfect for swimming or lounging in the sun, while the hot tub was an incredible bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The beach was just steps away, making it easy to enjoy morning walks and sunset views. The hosts were accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot – we’ll definitely be back!

Location, Location, Location!

This VRBO was exactly what we needed. With every bedroom having either an en suite or a full bath right off the door, this VRBO perfectly fit the needs of our family. Located directly across from the beach, we spent every morning with a cup of coffee in hand on the top deck. The home is well setup with all the amenities needed...and more! The backyard is well laid out with a refreshing pool, tiki bar, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Communication with the owners was top notch! We'll certainly be back.

Wonderful Time In Spite of Hurricane Debby

The house was exactly as described and the lay out was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the pool and hot tub more than we would have if it hadn’t rained all week. But how lucky we were to have those amenities. Great views from the decks and the pool area was really nice. Having an elevator was great for loading and unloading. The two sitting areas came in handy for watching different tv programs or playing different games. Would definitely consider coming back again.

Family Vacation

This house is lovely. The kitchen is very well stocked. We always take a whisk…no one ever has one. This house had 3. We went to the beach daily, but the pool was the afternoon destination. The towels were plentiful and of nice quality. The elevator was a real plus for the grandparents. Shae was easy to reach and was very helpful! We had people from 12 to 75 and we all loved the house.

What a week

House was lovely, great location and plenty of room. Problems with door lock and appliances. House needs some maintainance, screws, batteries, light bulbs, etc. We cleaned Tiki Bar and put away pool and beach items that were left the previous vusitors.from previous quests
