With an inverted floor plan, you will discover three bedrooms on the 1st level of this gorgeous beach house. Bedroom #1 could be considered the master suite, complete with a King bed, TV, balcony access, full private bath with a tub/shower combo, along with amazing ocean views. Bedroom #2 is complete with a Queen bed, TV, balcony access, ocean views, and shares a full bath (tub/shower combo) with bedroom #3. This house is very close to the beach, in easy walking distance. We were disappointed that the elevator did not stop at the first floor as that was where 3 of the bedrooms are located. With 4 adults in their late 70s and early 80s the elevator was a necessity. There were a few minor things that needed repair and the repair man was at the house within a hour and things were put right. We would stay here again if it were not for the elevator situation. Great view from the two decks. House was immaculate with well-stocked (dishes, pots, pans, utensils) kitchen. Fridge with water and ice dispenser a real plus. Up to date appliances. Two glitches: entrance code didn't work on 3 separate occasions, once on arrival and once when we began our second week of the stay. Couldn't do either check in or check out on the app. May have been due to my phone, not sure. Either way it wasn't a problem. Manager(s) quickly responded to calls and promptly made the corrections. Elevator can be tricky in so far as you must be sure to close the outside door securely in order for it to work, ie be sure you hear it catch. Otherwise the elevator was very helpful for arrival and departure. We've stayed at HB for over 25 yrs and this house is in our top 2 or 3. Great find. ##### Carl E.
