The residence is popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sunlounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and pavilion.

Suitable for 2 adults and 3 children (not 5 adults) Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
