 Only 100 meters from the beach, quietly located, with a Mediterranean garden, BBQ, Wi-Fi, and parking space. Perfect for a relaxing holiday directly by the Adriatic Sea.  
  
You will have exclusive use of the entire property.  
The house contains one apartment for rent, located on the first floor, which is rented exclusively to your party.  
The ground floor remains closed, unoccupied during your stay.  
The pool, terrace, and property are exclusively available for your private use – with no other guests or hosts on-site.  
Our guests can be assured that their privacy is respected and that their stay is characterized by peace and relaxation.  
This ensures that the special character of the house, with all its amenities, is preserved at all times.  
  
The holiday home “Villa Palma” is located in a quiet, preferred area outside the historic old town of Supetar – directly by the sea, within a row of spacious holiday homes.   
Nestled in a lovingly designed Mediterranean garden, here you can enjoy complete privacy and relaxation.  
  
A 40 m² swimming pool is exclusively for your use – available only to the guests of this apartment.  
 The large sun terrace with sun loungers invites you to relax, while the eco-friendly, chlorine-free pool water offers a natural swimming experience.   
The pool is also equipped with a Jacuzzi hydromassage.   
The heatable pool makes the property the perfect place for swimming, relaxation, and enjoyment, even in spring and autumn – around April, May, or October – even outside the main season.  
  
The holiday home consists of a well-maintained, comfortable apartment on the first floor, offering a pleasant atmosphere, peace, and space for the whole family over 100 m² of living space.   
A 36 m² terrace with sea view extends the living space outdoors.   
Access is either via the staircase to the large sea-view terrace or through a separate rear entrance with a small balcony.   
From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea and the pool – perfect for relaxing mornings or atmospheric sunsets.

The bathing bay with a long beach is only about 3 minutes' walk (approx. 100 meters) away and offers excellent, child-friendly swimming opportunities.  
Around the area, you will find many other beaches and picturesque coves.  
A supermarket with everything for daily needs is about a 10-minute walk away. Larger supermarkets are easily and quickly reachable by car, ideal for bigger shopping trips.   
Cafés and restaurants are also within walking distance.  
The main season is July and August. June and September are especially pleasant and popular: stable, sunny weather, warm sea – ideal conditions for swimming and relaxing.  
The heatable pool also makes Villa Palma the perfect place for swimming, relaxation, and enjoyment in spring and autumn, such as in April, May, or October – even outside the main season.
