Its interior is located few meters further from the sea front, than the other east part of the twin house (villa Rosemary). There are 2 private heated pools, one per each villa. The car parking (for 2 cars) is located on the south side of the house courtyard. The terrace with bbq is located next to the pool , on the north side of the house. The pool of villa Violet is a standard shape. The interior is of both units/villas Rosemary and Violet is the same, and is described in the main presentation of the whole object, below. Inverter AC is located in each room. Villas Rosemary & Violet are situated in a beautiful location by the sea, on a pebble beach, where you will hear the gentle sound of the waves and the singing of local birds from Your room. The rooms are facing the garden and pool, all day you have a beautiful view on the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic. The villa is located only 1 km from Supetar. Supetar is a beautiful place with character, with delightful narrow streets, stone houses, colorful boats,as well as bars and restaurants. All this is located just 15 minutes walk away from the villas. Visit restaurants such as "Palute" and "Lukin", where you can enjoy a wide range of meat and fish specialties enjoying at the same time a glass of one of Croatian wines such as Plavac or Pošip. The wide choice of shops and delicatessens can be found offering daily fresh products, fruits and vegetables. Just 30 meters away from villa there is a restaurant "Punta" where one can enjoy his dinner along with the beautiful sunset. Walking 30 meters from the villas takes you to the larger beach, and a 2 km promenade that passes below few Hotels such as Hotel Bračka Perla, which has also a wellness center. Supermarket and sports (tennis) are 4 min away on foot! The highest peak on Brač is Vidova gora- only 25 min. driving away, with a wonderful restaurant on top with a terrace from which you can enjoy a fantastic view on the surrounding islands. On the south side of the island, about 45 minutes away lies Bol with its famous beach Zlatni rat, with a lot of water sports facilities. In the west, about 20 minutes, there is a beautiful old town of Milna with a good selection of restaurants. The Villa is built in a modern Mediterranean marine style with modern and high quality furniture. On the west side you have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sunset. In front of each villa there is a swimming pool (7m x 3m) with roman steps and solar outdoor shower, also there is a garden with rosemary and lavender. The terrace, next to the pool, is facing the sea and contains a barbecue, dining table and chairs. 5 sunbeds are available for each villa unit, and can be moved around the garden terrace. The garden takes You to the ground floor where there is a spacious living room with dining area and fireplace. In the living room there is a sofa, chair, table and chairs for 6 people, as well as SMART TV, DVD, WI-FI, and a coffee table. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. In addition to the kitchen and living room on this level there is also a separate toilet with the washing machine. The capacity of each villa is 4 +1\. Bedrooms are located on the first floor, one bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, a second bedroom with twin beds and one extra bed which is pulled out. We really enjoyed our stay at Niko's place. To start, Niko was incredibly communicative and friendly. Check in and out was easy. The location was prime. We loved having the heated pool, the distance to the downtown area and the restaurant next door. The air conditioning worked great. The inside was a tad outdated and we had some ants inside at the beginning but that was par with the season and Niko was quick to rectify the situation and we had no issues after! Pool was smallish but fairly deep and lovely for when the wind/waves got up in the afternoon. Nice private terrace, also a small balcony off the master bedroom where the view is superb. Next door restaurant great and as a bonus they will even deliver. Inside the property is spacious, clean and nicely decorated, but some fittings are a bit tired and in need of repair. We had a couple of slightly cooler evenings and strangely no bed blankets/throws are provided, only sheets (plus one throw on the master bed). Owner declined to supply, so we had to buy a beach towel for a child to use as a blanket (putting the heating on in August would have been way too much!), and also use a sofa throw. A few light bed throws at least would be standard. Some noise from the surrounding resorts, especially loud and late (1am) on one night, keeping the children awake. But not too bad given in holiday mode, although hadn’t appreciated how built up the area was. All in all 5 stars for the fantastic location and pool/patio area, but unfortunately the inside repair and comfort doesn’t match the price tag so brings it down to a 3.5/4 star for us. ##### Claire B. It is in a great location with supermarkets close and even a wonderful restaurant right next door. The pool is a great size and my kids loved being able to be on the beach as well. Supetar is a 20 minute walk from the villa, through the grounds of the Waterman Supertrus Resort. We enjoyed excellent food and friendly service at neighbouring Restaurant Punta. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Meer und neben einen (guten) Lokal. Auch wenn man es erst mal denkt „oh, es kann ja abends laut werden“ - wird man gleich am 1\. Abend gut überrascht. Es ist tatsächlich nicht laut und beim vorbeischauen bekommt man eine exclusive Behandlung als Nachbar. Niko ist super Gastgeber, sehr zuverlässig und alle seine Tipps am Anfang haben sich als beste Empfehlungen rausgestellt. Wir empfehlen mal einen oder anderen Ausflug auf der andere Seite der Insel machen und andere Strände dort zu besuchen. Parkplatz ist bei dem Haus ziemlich klein, also unsere Empfehlung, lieber mit einem kleineren Auto einreisen.. Wir waren nach 2 Wochen richtig erholt und kommen sehr gerne mal wieder! ##### Olga D. The villa was spotlessly clean, well maintained and as described. We found the location ideal as it is right on the beach (rocky/ pebbly so beach shoes useful) and in easy walking distance to the pretty harbour with plenty of shops and restaurants. The restaurant next door is great- v friendly staff who always found us a table even when busy and even delivered drinks and pizzas to the villa for us. The is no noise disturbance from the restaurant as it a family type venue- no loud music or late night partying. As the villa is at the end of the stretch of beach it is peaceful and private. Villa violet is a beautiful place to stay, well maintained and plenty of space in the bedrooms. Great restaurant next door and well worth a visit. Parking space for cars and all amenities of a home well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi and Tv equipment. We really enjoyed our week stay at the beachfront villa. The location is stunning, with a breathless view. The house itself very comfortable and perfect for our family of five. It is as perfect as in the pictures! With everything close by, the vacation was very relaxing and yet adventurous with night dives just outside at the beach front. We rented a car in Split and took the ferry over to Supetar. During the afternoons we enjoyed driving around Brac finding new restaurants and small beaches. Being in Croatia several times before we really can recommend this island, it is very convenient to reach and we have found several favorite restaurants that we hope to return to. The location of this Villa certainly has the wow factor-a few steps out of the gate at the front of the property and you can literally dip your toes in the sea!It's a lovely property decorated in a nautical theme with lots of blue and white giving it a bright airy feel. The main bedroom is at the front of the house and waking up in the morning to a view of the Ocean is amazing! the house has a small but functional kitchen with everything you need for breakfasting etc. Luckily one of the best restaurants on Brac is right next door and watching the sunsets is amazing from there! Niko the owner of the villa made us feel very welcome and recommended restaurants and bars for us to try. A car is not essential for this property as Supetar harbour and the ferry to Split is a short stroll away. The outside space and pool area is great with a BBQ and outside dining area. All in all we loved this Villa and its close proximity for sea swimming,dining and sight seeing or you can just chill relax and do absolutely nothing.We highly recommend this Villa and would actually love to return. ##### David M. ---
