Its interior is located few meters closer to the sea front, than the other west part of the twin house (villa Violet). There are 2 private heated pools, one per each villa. The car parking (for 2 cars, 1 for each villa unit) is located on the south side of the house courtyard. The terrace with bbq is located next to the pool , on the east side of the house. The pool of villa Rosemary has an specific, original shape and is located parallel to the sea front. The interior of both units(villas Rosemary and Violet) is the same, and is described in the main presentation of the whole object, below. Floor heating is available on the first floor bathrooms. Inverter AC is located in each room. Villas Rosemary & Violet are situated in a beautiful location by the sea, on a small pebble beach, where you will hear the gentle sound of the waves and the singing of local birds from Your room. The rooms are facing the garden and pool, all day you have a beautiful view on the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic. The villa is located only 1 km from Supetar. Supetar is a beautiful place with character, with delightful narrow streets, stone houses, colorful boats,as well as bars and restaurants. All this is located just 15 minutes walk away from the villas. Visit restaurants such as "Palute" and "Lukin", where you can enjoy a wide range of meat and fish specialties enjoying at the same time a glass of one of Croatian wines such as Plavac or Pošip. The wide choice of shops and delicatessens can be found offering daily fresh products, fruits and vegetables. Just 30 meters away from villa there is a restaurant "Punta" where one can enjoy his dinner along with the beautiful sunset. Walking 30 meters from the villas takes you to the larger beach, and a 2 km promenade that passes below few Hotels such as Hotel Bračka Perla, which has also a wellness center. Supermarket and sports (tennis) are 4 min away on foot! The highest peak on Brač is Vidova gora- only 25 min. driving away, with a wonderful restaurant on top with a terrace from which you can enjoy a fantastic view on the surrounding islands. On the south side of the island, about 45 minutes away lies Bol with its famous beach Zlatni rat, with a lot of water sports facilities. In the west, about 20 minutes, there is a beautiful old town of Milna with a good selection of restaurants. The Villa is built in a modern Mediterranean marine style with modern and high quality furniture. On the west side you have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sunset. In front of each villa there is a swimming pool (7m x 3m) with roman steps and solar outdoor shower, also there is a garden with rosemary and lavender. The terrace, next to the pool, is facing the sea and contains a barbecue, dining table and chairs. 5 sunbeds are available for each villa unit, and can be moved around the garden terrace. The garden takes You to the ground floor where there is a spacious living room with dining area and fireplace . In the living room there is a sofa, chair, table and chairs for 6 people, as well as SMART TV, DVD, WI-FI, and a coffee table. On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. In addition to the kitchen and living room on this level there is also a separate toilet with the washing machine. The capacity of each villa is 4 +1\. Bedrooms are located on the first floor, one bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, a second bedroom with twin beds and one extra bed which is pulled out. The location on the waterfront was what attracted us and it lived up to the promise. You cannot get a better position in Supetar, on the waters edge, with the pool an absolute bonus. Everything within the Villa was as described, extremely comfortable and perfect for a family or a group of friends. We look forward to coming back. Owner was also super responsive, very friendly and ensures everything is to the highest standard. Niko ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber; die Kommunikation mit ihm lief schnell und gut. Negativ überrascht hat uns allerdings die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hauses (das ist sicher eine Frage des persönlichen Geschmacks). Die Doppelhaushälften befinden sich mitten in einem (wie wir finden) nicht besonders schönen Resort. Wenn man wirklich in dieses Resort möchte, ist diese Doppelhaushälfte vermutlich eine gute Wahl (jedenfalls schöner als die anderen Unterkünfte, die wir in diesem Resort gesehen haben). Rechts neben dem Haus befindet sich ein brachliegendes und verwildertes Grundstück (eventuell ein Grund für die auch im Haus sehr zahlreichen Mücken - in dieser Zahl hatten wir das sonst nicht auf den Inseln). Auf der anderen Seite grenzt das Doppelhaus unmittelbar an ein sehr gutes (und sehr gut besuchtes) Restaurant an. Um in die schöne Altstadt von Supetar zu kommen, muss man durch das Resort hindurch. Uns hat die Umgebung so wenig gefallen, dass wir schon nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist sind, obwohl wir eine volle Woche bezahlt hatten und das Geld verloren ist. ##### Sven B. The villa has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Life is easy and there is a good restaurant just a few steps from the house (not a lot of noice in the evenings from the restaurant). There is also a supermarket in a 5 minutes walk. Niko (the owner) was really serviceminded and did his best to help us to get a really nice vacation.
