The master suite features a private en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, while the additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for families or small groups. One of the guest bedrooms has a floor standing hair-dryer. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and inviting dining space make it easy to relax and spend quality time together. The home features high-speed WiFi, 4 TV's, washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, two 26" bicycles, and a two-car garage to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Step outside to enjoy the furnished upper deck or the covered patio below. Both outdoor spaces are accented with decorative lighting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for morning coffee, evening conversations, or dining outdoors. The well landscaped back yard offers an astoundingly beautiful ash tree, showing off its brilliant Fall colors.
The fully furnished walk-out basement is designed for entertainment and relaxation. Enjoy movie nights with the overhead projector and large projection screen, enhanced by surround sound and in-ceiling speakers. After a day of exploring, or long hours at work, unwind in the jetted tub. Music lovers will also appreciate the Young Chang piano and a steel-string acoustic guitar.
Located in a quiet, safe, family-oriented neighborhood, you'll be just a short drive from shopping, restaurants, parks, hiking and many of Colorado's popular attractions. The city of Boulder, where the 2027 Sundance Film Festival will be held, is about 8 miles from our home, and the new Superior Town Center is less than a 10-minute drive away, offering shopping and play areas for kids. You can also take a pleasant 1-2 mile walk to numerous shops. If the big city catches your fancy, Denver is a 20-minute drive away. To avoid the hassle of driving in traffic, you can take the bus into Boulder or Denver from the Superior park-n-ride, which is a little over 1.5 miles from our house.
For your outside recreation, there are nearby parks, open space and sports facilities galore - golf courses, baseball fields, pickle ball and tennis courts, and swimming pools, to name a few. In Superior, there are over 100 miles of paved and gravel trails, with many mountain views, ideal for long or short hikes and bike rides. Nearby playgrounds offer lots of variety for kiddies to burn off excess energy.
In addition to the above mentioned amenities, there are 4 HEPA air purifiers. We also provide for free lawn, snow removal, trash and recycling services.
