The rooms are clean. The property is well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We've stayed several times. It's got two really good restaurants nearby as well.

This was a budget-friendly option for visiting Duluth in the early summer when other hotels are overpriced. A little out of the way, but easy to get to, and close to beautifully maintained Wisconsin Point on Lake Superior. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The continental breakfast was good and well stocked. I would stay here again!

Room was nice, clean, comfortable. The front desk staff were different - asking our every move, the Keurig cups are kept behind the desk (customers have to ask for them), and they did not treat the other staff very kindly - more than once and in front of several of us having breakfast. Restaurant (Gronks) next door is a good hamburger place.
