Newly acquired apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Malaga. Next to the Thyssen museum and Constitution Square. All the most famous museums, monuments, attractions and restaurants next to the apartment.  
Apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom completely renovated and furnished.  
It is a 1902 building, with a special charm, high ceilings of more than 3 meters, with windows and balconies in living room and bedroom of 3 meters that overlook a very quiet pedestrian street in the heart of the center of Malaga.  
The bedroom has a large and very comfortable bed of 1.60 by 2 meters.  
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed also of 1.60 by 2 meters, dining room with table and four chairs and 55-inch flat-screen smart TV connected to the internet.  
The kitchen is fully equipped with new furniture and appliances.  
It has a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and electric hot water heater.  
It also has a coffee maker with assortment of coffee capsules only, with milk, teas and chamomile, bread, butter, cookies, jam, cereals, milk, water, sugar and sweetener, everything you need for breakfast, plus electric toaster .
