Résidence de Diane was a charming and cozy place to stay. The gardens were beautiful and gave us tropical vibes. Raphael at the front desk was super friendly and apologetic about not being able to put our large family in adjacent suites as requested. One of our rooms had to be switched and they could only give us the largest suite which turned out to be an upgrade, so we liked it. It had two bedrooms, a spacious living room, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room (washer/dryer), 3 TVs, sunny deck with a table, chairs, and sunbrella, plus drying racks, perfect for our needs. The second suite was smaller but very cozy, townhouse-style with a mezzanine and its own little patio. We loved the AC as it was very hot, the natural light, nice breakfast buffet, friendly housekeeping, cool gym, and pool area with loungers. It’s close to a bus stop and walking distance to Lidl and nice dining options. A few things could be improved: the large suite was echoey and a bit bare (a rug would help!), the kitchen lacked basics like dish soap, sponge, paper towels, and cooking tools like spatulas or cooking spoons. Only one dishwasher pod and one dishcloth were provided. In-room coffee pods weren’t great and kinda hard to use. No pool towels, and the pool isn’t super kid-friendly, there’s no shallow end, and the deck could use some TLC. A playground on the premises would’ve been a great addition for families. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return again!

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Toulouse. I arrived on an early morning flight and the staff were very kind and got my room ready early for which I was very grateful.

Overall this was an ok hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. The price was affordable. I will say the breakfast I felt was a little limited for the cost associated with it but it was fresh and good. The room we had the water closet was honestly incredibly small and as someone 6’4” it was difficult with the door closed. They did limit the heat and area conditioning so rooms were a bit stuffy. Location was about 2 longer blocks away from main shops and restaurant area and very short walk to the train station. But in a safe area. Hallways were a bit dark. If you are on a budget and looking to use Toulouse as a base camp to travel to different locations in the area I would say this is a great spot otherwise you many want to expand your search on other options.

Cool place to stay in an amazing area

The hotel is very convenient to Blagnac. If you have to walk from the terminal to the hotel (or vice versa), it's about 1 kilometre or 10 minutes. I liked the restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast is good. The room was clean and the bathroom good. The vibe is casual and relaxed. The mattresses are very hard though.
