8.2/10 Very good! (747 reviews)
Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

Klarna has several payment plans to pick from, so you're sure to find one that suits your budget. Consider these flexible payment options:
- Pay monthly holidays: Make your holiday dreams a reality sooner with Klarna's easy monthly instalment plans. If making small repayments each month works for you, choose this option during the checkout process.

- Low deposit holidays: If paying a small percentage of your getaway (rather than the total upfront) makes it easier to hit that "book now" button, opt for a low deposit holiday payment plan from Klarna.
How far in advance should I book my Suoi Thau holiday?
It's tricky picking the perfect time for airfares, but we generally say the earlier, the better. Many international flights on Expedia become available to compare up to a year in advance.
