The large living area was a pleasure to sit in and enjoy the view over the canal. The house is in a quiet location with very little noise other than the occasional boat puttering past. The master bedroom / ensuite is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The house faces east so there is plenty of morning sun to enjoy while you have a morning cuppa. The house needs some TLC with the tap handle in the master shower falling off when using it, the second toilet door handle is almost falling off and two of the screen doors quite loose on their track. The property is very comfortable with new lounge, fridge and TV having been recently added by owners. A refreshed outdoor setting would complete the upgrade. Best value for money in Noosa and very good property managers who were a breeze to deal with. Would recommend for couples looking for a well located quiet property with stunning outlook.
