With a very spacious outdoor entertaining and pool area, this is a great property for a family or group of friends to enjoy their holiday time together. The house sleeps up to 11 guests across 4 bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and ensuite with a rain shower. The 2nd guest room has a King bed and TV. Both rooms have ceiling fans.

The additional bedrooms have bunk beds and so are more suited to younger guests. One has a double bunk (to sleep 3 in total), while the other has 2 x bunk beds with 2 x trundles (to sleep up to 6 guests if required).

The guest rooms share a bathroom with a rain shower and a separate WC.

The open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge area, with a huge SmartTV. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with all new appliances and there is indoor and outdoor dining to seat 12 people in total.

The main focus of 4 Ravenwood Drive is the large outdoor space at the rear of the property. Enjoy alfresco dining undercover with an external TV, a dip in the pool, or soak up some rays from one of the daybeds.

There is split air-con systems for heating and cooling in all bedrooms & the living room for your comfort all year round.

Location

4 Ravenwood Drive is a short easy walk to Hastings Street and Main Beach. Noosa Parade which runs along the river nearby is serviced by numerous local bus services which will take you around Noosa and beyond. You can really leave the car at home when holidaying here.

Beach/pool towels are not provided but can be on request.
